Explain The C-Suite Jobs

C-suite jobs is a term used for the senior profiles in a company. The name C- suite is taken from the C of chief from top senior profiles as in CEO( chief executive officer), CFO(chief financial officer) etc. The senior executives of any organization come under c suite category. They are the decision makers of the company. They have the authority to hire or fire any employee. They sign checks and finalize the deals with third parties or partner companies. They have to manage all the working process of the organization and are therefore paid higher than other employees. Their decision is ultimate and is mandatory to be followed by all employees under them.
C-suite jobs are having long term experience of industry and are generally MBAs or Human Resource Specialists.

The main profiles under c suit jobs category are :

-Chief Executive Officer:CEOs have the decision making authority for all the projects of the company. They consult with other c suite members for suggestions on major decisions. CEOs can be of any field of corporate but have efficient leadership and decision making skills.

-Chief Financial Officer(CFO): CFOs are the leading executives of financial analysts and accountants. They have certified qualifications and experience of high level accounting, budget management, Investment research and financial analysis. CFOs work in coordination with CEOs to resolve any issues in financial management.

-Chief Operating Officer(COO) : COO takes care of entire HR processes and administrative department. Their main area of execution are recruitment, training, payroll and administrative council.

-Chief Marketing Officer( CMO): CMO works as a C suite executive for sales and marketing roles. CMOs have the research oriented approach for managing product development and market analysis.

-Chief Technology Officer(CTO) : CTOs are the leading executives for the research and development department of the organization of company.
Chief Knowledge Officer: As per the trending era of highly refined analysis of queries of customers to improve the productivity of organization, it has became necessary to set a senior role to overview all the customer processes. This senior executive role is designated as Chief Knowledge Officer who manages the refined flow of knowledge and solutions for customer’s queries.

It requires years of focused experience and learning to achieve a c suite role in corporate. Implementing organized and research oriented approach is required to lead an organization. As per the responsibility to manage the whole organization, chief executives need to undergo regular up-gradation of their knowledge and skills to get the best outcome from all the employees working under them, enabling the success of business on global levels.
