The Hawaii HCPS Standards

Hawaii Content & Performance Standards(HCPS Standards) were established following Hawaii Civil Code Section 890. HCPS Standards permits the state of Hawaii to manage its business enterprises through the implementation of performance-based compensation plans. The purpose of these standards is to ensure that all businesses of Hawaii can effectively provide service to their respective customers and clients. The standards apply to every business irrespective of its size.
